We are now recruiting a<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sales Manager Finland<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In cooperation with the parent company, develop a business plan for establishing the company in Finland.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Look for premises, investigate suitable logistical solutions, translate and adapt processes and product documentation, set up a service network, build up a sales organization over time.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of sales and service processes in Finland.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prospect new customers and develop existing client relationships.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Build and develop the brand and represent the company at relevant events.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Frequent travel mainly in Finland, to some extent also to Sweden.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Managing Director, based in Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience from selling products with some technical content to industrial or construction sector customers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from construction materials sector, proven track record maintaining quality relationships with existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on technical or construction materials background.<\/li>\n<li>Team leader or supervisor with customer contact is another possible background.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from business negotiations and quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Potential to become Country Manager over time.<\/li>\n<li>Likes to work independently, structured, strong drive, self-motivation, high energy, positive.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Finnish, good English and Swedish.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Likes to travel around Finland.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Based in the Helsinki, Tampere or Turku region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please submit your application and CV <a href=\"mailto:apply@expatria.com?subject=Job reference 25902SMFEXP\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<strong>Reference 25902SMFEXP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Expatria Human Resources with offices in Stockholm and Paris, focuses on Nordic and international recruitments since 37 years.
