Position <\/strong><\/h4>\n

As a Regional Business Control and Finance Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will be responsible for managing, developing and optimizing business controlling for the Sales region, as well as finance, accounting and reporting activities for Germany\/Austria\/Switzerland and the European Distribution Center (EDC) located in Emsdetten.<\/p>\n

The role also includes the management and development of the local finance \/ accounting and controlling team, with a strong focus on capability building, prioritization and continuous improvement.
This is a senior finance business partner role, requiring the ability to combine strategic perspective with strong operational and analytical execution<\/strong>. You will play a key role in supporting and influencing business decisions, challenging the organization when needed, and translating financial data into clear and actionable insights.<\/p>\n

The role requires someone able to provide a strong financial storyline, connecting performance, risks, opportunities and strategic priorities in a clear and impactful way.<\/p>\n

A finance transformation and the adoption of new finance ways of working linked to Dometic\u2019s organizational set-up is also a crucial part of the role.<\/p>\n

We are therefore looking for someone with a true builder mindset – someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where finance \/controlling still needs to be further developed and structured, and who is motivated by creating, improving and embedding robust ways of working over time.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with the sales, EDC and finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, contributing to the overall financial health and performance of the region. The position is based in Emsdetten, Germany.<\/p>\n
