Deploy tactics focused on profitability and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for the company\u2019s Sales and Marketing strategy and activities, meet and negotiate with major key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach, inspire, motivate, and develop the organization, ensure that everyone participates in the value creation.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for budget, P&amp;L, forecasts, and Group reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to be expected in DACH, Benelux, France, Sweden and other European countries.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Managing Director of Gnosj\u00f6 Konstsmide Group, based in Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven leadership and management experience from leading a relevant team \/ organization.<\/li>\n<li>Successful experience from selling branded consumer products to electrics wholesalers, DIY chains \/ shops, retail lighting chains \/ shops or other relevant retailers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from business negotiations, quotations, supporting key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant education, probably commercial.<\/li>\n<li>Extrovert sales-oriented personality with strong drive and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Positive, perseverant and goal-oriented, hands-on attitude and high energy level.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent German, good English.<\/li>\n<li>Living within commuting distance from Remagen, Bonn, or prepared to move there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This recruitment is handled by Expatria Human Resources.
