The brand is recognized for its original telescopic ladder concept, combining compact design, safety and durability.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For Hultafors Group\u2019s German sales organization, we are now recruiting a commercially driven<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Account Manager Germany<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and grow sales of Telesteps products in the German market, with a focus on wholesalers, specialist dealers, building-material retailers, and DIY chains.<\/li>\n<li>Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities, increasing the brand\u2019s market presence and sales.<\/li>\n<li>Visit customers regularly, present products, conduct demonstrations and support dealers in maximizing sales.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with customers and purchasing organizations, promoting the benefits of premium products based on quality, functionality and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the German-based Key Account Manager and the international Hultafors Group organization.<\/li>\n<li>Home-office based position with extensive travelling, normally around three to four days per week.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Sales Director based in Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3\u20135 years of successful sales experience, preferably within ladders, tools, building products or other related products.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from selling to German wholesalers, specialist dealers, building-material retailers, or DIY chains.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from a ladder manufacturer is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Commercially driven, persistent, and hungry for success, with a strong hunter mentality and willingness to travel extensively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from selling premium products based on quality and added value.<\/li>\n<li>Independent, energetic and results-oriented personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent German and good English.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally living in the Ruhr area, e.g., D\u00fcsseldorf, Dortmund, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This recruitment is handled by Expatria Human Resources.
