HRBP Business Area Mobile Cooking EMEA (m/f)
The position has the following two main areas of responsibility:
- As Regional HR Manager you will manage all local HR functions in the BeNeLux region. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations while supporting the implementation of EMEA HR priorities at the country level. The position will lead and execute practical administrative process changes and will at times also require hands-on and operative work within e.g. monthly payroll handling, documentation management, other HR related administrative processes and payroll system optimization.
- As Business Area HRBP you will serve as the partner for the Business Area Head and Leadership Team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving organizational development, work to improve HR KPI’s, recruitment and talent- and performance management within the business area, across countries in EMEA.
The position is based at Dometic’s office in Duiven, the Netherlands, and reports directly to the Regional Manager BeNeLux and to the Head of Business Area Mobile Cooking (both based in the Netherlands).
Key Responsibilities as Regional HR Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Operative responsibility of all HR administration including payroll, headcount reporting, onboarding/offboarding, salary review and other administrative tasks and requirements.
- Lead and execute process efficiencies and improvements in collaboration with payroll system provider, IT and regional management.
- Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements from an HR administrative perspective.
- Collaborate with local finance teams related to head count reporting and other personnel related reporting for e.g. budgeting or cost analysis purposes.
- Act as a liaison between local workforce (within the region) and the EMEA HR function.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and policies tailored to local needs.
- Provide guidance on local HR best practices, execute on people matters in a hands-on manner and manage employee relations/work councils and union negotiations.
Key Responsibilities as HRBP Business Area include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with and coach business leaders to develop and implement organizational change and development initiatives that support the segment overall objectives.
- Oversee and be actively involved in talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management processes
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and change management.
- Ensure HR guidelines and processes are effectively communicated and adhered to across the business area.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Extensive experience of leading HR administration teams within a local or regional context, including own practical hands-on expertise from executing, managing and coordinating payroll and HR administration, with super-user knowledge of Loga payroll system or similar systems.
- Extensive experience from change management within HR field – building a professional payroll and administrative function and continuously developing routines and processes to improve HR admin efficiency and quality.
- Broad HR experience, including (senior specialist) recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and performance management practices. Experience from executive search is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in an international business and organizational environment with cross-country responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance, including work council relationships and negotiations.
- Experience from initiating and driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience from being on a leadership team is a strong plus.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different functions.
- Fluent Dutch and English (both spoken and written). Good proficiency in German is meriting.
- Living at commuting distance from Duiven or based in Home Office with regular visits to Duiven. Some international travel.
