Specification Sales Representative
Wallonia & Brussels, BELGIUM
Reporting to the Sales Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, your main responsibilities are:
- Establish the presence of the ERCO brand among all project stakeholders (architects, lighting designers, engineers, project developers, end users, etc.).
- Develop and grow the prescribing business in your region to achieve predefined business objectives, in line with company strategy.
- Work in close collaboration with the various ERCO departments (customer service, design office, marketing, other salespeople).
- Follow the entire sales process in project mode.
- Position based in home office.
Your profile:
You have experience in specification sales of technical products, and you enjoy motivating customers to invest in high-quality lighting that is perfectly suited to their needs. You are a proactive team player, and you are determined to grow a business.
You have experience in project management, specification sales and in order taking. You are also comfortable in developing business with existing customers and in winning new customers and building their loyalty. You have experience from working with all the influential players in an architectural project. Experience in one or several of ERCO’s target segments (Work, Culture and Community) or in the management of installations in museums or other buildings (e.g. the European Commission or NATO), is a plus. We are also open to your suggestions on this.
You have solid interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication. Experience from an international group is an advantage. You speak French and Dutch fluently and you have a good level of English.
