Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA (m/f)

 

Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA is responsible for overseeing regional talent sourcing, acquisition, and development initiatives. This role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops high-potential talent through effective and qualitative processes and strategic initiatives.

The position is based at Dometic’s office in Emsdetten, Germany, and reports directly to the VP HR EMEA, based in Sweden.

 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and execute the talent acquisition agenda for EMEA, ensuring the attraction of top talent across all functions in line with business current and future needs, including managing the recruitment supplier base, costs and process quality
  • Lead and execute the talent development priorities for Land Vehicles EMEA Business Unit and support implementation of regional talent development programs.
  • Oversee and manage the internal Academy platform to support continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent and competency gaps and succession planning needs.
  • Monitor and report on talent metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Actively contribute to Group and/or EMEA HR projects; e.g. employer branding, trainee program development and implementation or upskilling or reskilling requirements.

 

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition in a regional or multi-country setting.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt strategies to diverse cultural environments.
  • Experience in coaching and challenging senior leaders.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written). Good proficiency in German is meriting.
