BUSINESS AREA HRBP – EMEA

Service & Aftermarket (SAM)

 

Position:

The Business Area HRBP serves as the business partner for the Head of the Business Area SAM EMEA (based in France) and his leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving organizational development, work to improve HR KPI’s, recruitment and talent & performance management within the business area, across some 17 countries in EMEA.

The HRBP reports directly to the Head of the Business Area and as a dotted-line reporting to the HR Director EMEA based in Sweden. The position is based at Dometic’s office in Chamant (60) and will require travel in the designated region.

 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •  Collaborate with and coach business leaders to develop and implement organizational change and development initiatives that support the segment overall objectives.
  • Oversee and be actively involved in talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management processes
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and change management.
  • Ensure HR guidelines and processes are effectively communicated and adhered to across the business area.
  • DPO responsibility.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

 Qualifications:

 To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in an international business and organizational environment with cross-country responsibility.
  • Relevant Master, or minimum BSc, from a well-reputed university, a business degree is a plus. Relevant HR certification or MBA is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of French labor law.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Service/Aftermarket-specific: leading through others in a broad variety of countries, experience from HRBP roles supporting commercial teams and strengthening sales capabilities,
  • Experience from factory environments and supporting teams representing the full value chain (covered above).
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Broad HR experience, including (senior specialist) recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and performance management practices. Experience from executive search is a plus.
  • Experience from initiating and driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience from being on a leadership team is a strong plus.
  • Ability to independently coach and influence regional business leaders for the Business Area.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environment.
  • Experience from HR software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • German or knowledge of any additional languages is highly meriting.
