Geschäftsführer / Site Manager (m/w/d)

 

About the position

  • Overall responsibility for business activities in the DACH region, Benelux, France and possibly other European countries.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for the company in line with Group strategy. Deploy tactics focused on profitability and revenue growth.
  • Overall responsibility for the company’s Sales and Marketing strategy and activities, meet and negotiate with major key customers.
  • Lead, coach, inspire, motivate, and develop the organization, ensure that everyone participates in the value creation.
  • Overall responsibility for budget, P&L, forecasts, and Group reporting.
  • Travel to be expected in DACH, Benelux, France, Sweden and other European countries.
  • Report to the Managing Director of Gnosjö Konstsmide Group, based in Sweden.

 

About you

  • Proven leadership and management experience from leading a relevant team / organization.
  • Successful experience from selling branded consumer products to electrics wholesalers, DIY chains / shops, retail lighting chains / shops or other relevant retailers.
  • Experience from business negotiations, quotations, supporting key customers.
  • Relevant education, probably commercial.
  • Extrovert sales-oriented personality with strong drive and excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, perseverant and goal-oriented, hands-on attitude and high energy level.
  • Fluent German, good English.
  • Living within commuting distance from Remagen, Bonn, or prepared to move there.
